What we do differently.

We don't resell shared hosting and call it managed. We run properly configured, monitored infrastructure — tuned for your specific stack. When something goes wrong, you reach a senior engineer who knows your setup, not a Level 1 support queue.

GDPR & data processing.

All hosting clients are covered by a Data Processing Agreement. As your host, we act as a data processor under GDPR Article 28. The DPA is part of every hosting contract — not an optional add-on. Your users' data is handled correctly by default, and you can use the DPA in your own GDPR compliance documentation.

Common questions

Where are your servers located?
EU-based infrastructure by default — keeping GDPR transfers simple. If you need servers in a specific region (US, Asia or elsewhere), we can provision those too.
What's included in a maintenance plan?
Regular core, plugin and theme updates; automated daily backups with offsite storage; uptime monitoring; security scans. Exact scope depends on your plan tier — we'll match it to your site's needs.
What happens if our site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us automatically. We're working on it before most clients notice.
